St. Augustine FL Maternity Photo Session

Wow, just look at that mama rocking those sun rays! I really can’t think of a better place to take maternity photos than Washington Oaks Park. This location is perfect for fine art photography and lends itself to vibrant metal prints to hang on this family’s wall while they wait for their newest family member to arrive. The Sands family was absolutely stunning and we all had a great time wandering around the huge oak trees that Washington Oaks Park is known for while I captured some of their precious family moments. Their toddler was full of smiles (and energy) and wasted no time running off with her dad to explore the park while we focused on mama for a few minutes. This radiant mom-to-be made her photo session look easy and we couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful light rays poking through the branches as the sun set behind us. I loved this session so much, but my favorite part was when they family cuddled up together on the bridge and talked about the love for their baby boy that will be here before we know it! What a beautiful family, and what a perfect way to celebrate this journey…
